Some of the most common questions from customers

Tax IDs are required for us to sell according to the US Farm Bill. This requirement is a matter of general U.S. tax law and federal program compliance, where businesses engaging with federal programs must have an EIN or a Social Security Number (SSN) for individuals. If a business applies for financial assistance through USDA programs (such as commodity programs, rural development loans, or crop insurance), they will need to provide their EIN to comply with IRS regulations.

You’d be surprised how many times this question is asked. It’s proprietary. We aren’t going to release the exact blend anytime soon. For those of your clients that do ask what’s in it you can tell them that it’s a blend of active ingredients from different mushroom types to provide an experience that was uniquely tailored to have a higher avoidance of “bad trips”.


After your application has been approved one of our sales team will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss your first order, re-order clauses or anything else that we can help you with. From there it usually takes between 2-5 days for us to package your orders and then depending on the shipping you chose it will be at your store between 2-14 days.

We have no minimum order quantities unless otherwise described on our website. As long as your application is approved there are no requirements on orders, locations or anything else. Your product is yours to do with as you please, as long as you do not exceed the MSRP of the products given to you.
